With your arms relaxed at your side, have someone measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Measure around your waist at the narrowest point. You can add 1/2″ for comfort.

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, while keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
